By adaptability we mean the ability of a motor to be fitted in a given machine.
The success of our adaptability check does not depend solely on the machine and/or engine serial number. In fact, thanks to our experience, our technicians are able to suggest an adaptable engine based on theengine and/or machine part numbers, as well as photos of your engine.
What's more, we build up our panel of solutions in line with manufacturers' evolutions in part numbers.
In order to certify that the motor supplied will fit your machine, we ask you to provide us with as much of the following information as possible:
- machine reference: type, make, year and serial number
- motor reference: type, make and serial number
- photos of the 4 sides of the motor
There are multiple configurations and power ratings for the same engine part number. The aim of this step is to identify the exact configuration of your current engine:
- agricultural or industrial block
- presence of a PTO
- existence and position of the turbo
- mechanical injection or common rail direct injection
- etc...
Our technicians study the options available on the market that correspond to your configuration by carrying out the following actions:
- comparison by serial number of configurations
- visual comparison through photos of the 4 engine faces
- comparison with our sales history similar to your configuration
- analysis of equipment technical specifications
